Nearly 75 thousand beneficiaries to be inoculated in Lucknow on Tuesday!

Attempting to set a new record, the immunisation officials in Lucknow have planned to conduct 75,000 vaccinations in a single day, on Tuesday. While the current record stands close to 25K, the expected milestone would help in fuelling the city's inoculation program further. Under this special drive tomorrow, focused camps will be organised in housing societies, apartments, residential colonies, government and private offices, markets and places of worship to accomplish the goal.

Lucknow, Kanpur & other UP districts to advance vaccination through cluster approach!

The state of Uttar Pradesh has decided to launch a cluster approach strategy to expedite efficient vaccination among the target people. Under this programme, the government plans to mobilise and scale the drive with a focus on small geographical areas, the size of 10-12 villages. Lucknow gets new 'pink booths' to encourage women to get vaccinated

Uttar Pradesh government has started the provision of special 'pink booths' across all districts to promote the COVID vaccination activity among women. As per reports, about 150 such dedicated centres have been set up here, 2 in each district to encourage safe and hassle-free inoculation for ladies. Besides district-set ups, pink vaccination camps will also be set up at the tehsil level in the state.

Lucknow's Civil Hospital sets up 'pink' women booths to pace up vaccination drive

Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Hospital in Lucknow has started a novel drive to shape public opinion in favour of the city's mega COVID vaccination campaign. In a bid to spread awareness about the vaccination and promote inoculation, the hospital authorities have set up a selfie booth here to encourage and induct more people into the immunity operation. A special 'pink' vaccination booth has also been established here to dedicatedly administer the vaccines to women.
