Motilal Nagar in Mumbai to undergo massive facelift project under MHADA supervision

Mumbai's skyline is set to get a major facelift with the redevelopment of the Motilal Nagar Colony, nestled in Goregoan (West). The state cabinet on Wednesday approved the renovation proposal and issued a 'special project status' to develop the area into a micro-city. Once complete, the residential space is expected to carve out around 33,000 homes in addition to the 3,700 already existing here. The project will be moved by the state's nodal housing agency, MHADA, read reports.

COVID-19 cases rise over the 400 mark in Mumbai for the fifth consecutive day!
