Part 1 happened, Lucknow didn’t stop eating, and apparently neither did we, so here’s round two. 11 more spots for anyone still pretending “healthy” and “tasty” can’t coexist in the same city. Expect protein bowls that actually fill you up, wraps that don’t come with a side of guilt, salads that finally have something to say, and one bubble tea place that snuck in and nobody’s stopping it. Some names here take wellness dead seriously. Others are just good food that happens to qualify. Consider this the list that runs out your last excuse.
Power Plate

“Healthy” and “delicious” have been fighting in Lucknow for years, and honestly, delicious was winning by a landslide, until this spot showed up to make peace. Power Plate builds bowls that actually fill you up instead of leaving you low-key hangry by 4 PM. The Habibi Veg/Chicken Bowl stacks protein without the diet-food attitude. The Rainbow Veg Wrap looks like a salad had ambitions. And Sattu Theplas remind you that “superfood” is just a fancy word for what your kitchen’s always known. No sprouts, no sadness, just food that happens to be good for you.

Where- 3/248, Vipul Khand 3, Zone 17, Gomti Nagar
Nutritionin

Nutritionin runs on a simple theory, healthy food doesn’t need to apologise for existing. The Gluten Free Bowls skip the guilt-inducing disclaimers and just taste like food. Quinoa Chickpea Salad is the one “diet meal” that doesn’t quietly plot your rebellion by evening. The Greek Salad keeps it classic, feta, olives, no fuss, no pretending it’s something it’s not. And the Grilled Chicken and Veggies plate does the thing every “clean” menu promises and rarely delivers: actual flavour. Nothing here is punishing you for wanting to eat well.
When- 8 AM- 10 PM
Where- C 197, Sector C, Mahanagar
Technically Now

Technically Now sounds like a place that overthinks its branding, but the food doesn’t overthink anything, it just works. The HSP Chicken shows up loaded and unbothered by the whole “healthy means small portions” myth. The Salad Box is proof someone finally taught a salad to have opinions. The Snack Box solves the eternal 5 PM crisis without a guilt chaser. And the Falafel Wrap does crunchy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside without needing a whole paragraph to explain itself. Clean eating, minus the lecture.
When- 2 PM- 11 PM
Where- Khazana Chauraha, Sarajni Nagar, Nagar Nigam Food Safety Zone 18, Aashiana
Diet Food.Com

Diet Food.com clearly missed the memo that diet food is supposed to taste like punishment, everything on this menu tastes suspiciously like you’re not on one. Dry Grilled Chicken keeps it honest, no sauce, no apologies. The Grilled Chicken Tikka and Peri Peri Chicken Salad both prove spice isn’t the enemy of discipline. Brown Rice with Coriander Chicken is comfort food that happens to have a conscience. And the Crispy Mushroom Rice with Veggies is the dark horse nobody saw coming. No cheat days required, this menu never gave you anything to cheat on.
When- 8:15 AM- 11:15 PM
Where- Awadh Puri Khand-1, Gomti Nagar
Drunken Monkey

Drunken Monkey has a bit of an identity crisis, is it a smoothie place or a meal plan in disguise? Turns out it’s both, and it’s not sorry. The Dry Fruit Smoothie Bowl and Peanut Butter Smoothie are the ones that convince you dessert and breakfast can just be the same thing now. Red Sunflower keeps things interesting with a name that promises more drama than it delivers (in a good way). The ABC Meal and Caramel & Muesli Meal round it off, proof that “meal replacement” doesn’t have to sound like a threat.
When- 9 AM- 4 AM
Where- D-1/14, Vijyant Khand, Near Indra Gandhi Pratishtan, Gomti Nagar
Doner & Gyros

Doner & Gyros is technically in the healthy food lineup, which feels like a loophole nobody’s questioning too hard, and honestly, good. The Classic Falafel Doner keeps things straightforward, while the Harissa Falafel Doner adds enough heat to make “healthy” sound like an insult. Soya Gyro handles the plant-based crowd without the usual side of smugness. Mutton Gyro is the one that makes you forget you came here for wellness reasons. And the Chicken Platter just quietly does its job, protein, no drama, no lecture about macros.
When- 11:30 PM- 10:20 PM
Where- FC-03, Food Court, Phoenix Plassio, Sector 7, Near Amar Shaheed Path, Gomti Nagar
Daily Protein Club

Daily Protein Club has one rule, and it’s not subtle: if the protein count can’t back it up, it’s not making the menu. The Cheesy Chicken Egg Roll is what happens when a cheat meal accidentally becomes a diet staple. High Protein Chicken Tikka Wrap does the gym-bro macros without the gym-bro small talk. Bhuna Chicken Bowl brings back the masala your “clean eating” era conveniently forgot about. And the Chicken Tikka Bowl doesn’t try anything fancy, it just quietly hits its numbers, every single time.
When- 10 AM- 12 AM
Where- Plot 14 A, Zone 10, Sector KS, Sitapur Road, Aliganj
Salad Soul

Salad Soul is out here proving that “salad” doesn’t have to be a punishment word, it can just be a menu category that happens to taste good. The Himalayan Rice Burrito Bowl takes two cuisines that had no business meeting and makes it work anyway. Southwest Chicken Rice Bowl brings the kind of flavour that makes you forget you ordered something “healthy” on purpose. And the Savoury Tofu Caesar Salad finally gives tofu something to prove, and it delivers. No wilted lettuce, no sad dressing packet. Just food with actual soul, apparently.
When- 8 AM- 11 PM
Where- 3/31, Vinay Khand 3, Patrakar Puram
Foodie Baba

Foodie Baba sounds like it should be handing out blessings, not calorie counts, instead it does both, no questions asked. Paneer Brown Rice keeps the protein vegetarian without dialling down the flavour to compensate. Paneer Cheese Salad forgot the “diet food” memo entirely, and it’s better for it. Chicken Brown Rice and Boiled Chicken Salad are for the no-nonsense crowd, minus the actual nonsense of tasting like cardboard. Grilled Chicken Salad closes it out doing the one thing “healthy” salads promise everywhere and deliver nowhere: not tasting like a compromise.
When- 11 AM- 4 AM
Where- M-206, Sector G, Aashiana
Boba Bhai

Boba Bhai clearly didn’t get the “healthy food” brief in full, and, that’s the appeal. Chicken Nuggets sneak onto a wellness list like they own the place, no apologies. K Grilled Paneer Salad is the one item actually trying to keep things virtuous, and it pulls it off without feeling like a compromise. Then the Royal Thai Milk Bubble Tea shows up and quietly abandons the whole “healthy” premise altogether, and somehow nobody’s mad about it. Balance, apparently, means letting dessert crash the diet party uninvited.
When- 12 PM- 12 AM
Where- Shop D-122, Patrakarpuram, Sahara Plaza, Near HDFC Bank, Gomti Nagar
Lil Elephant

Lil Elephant has range, going from wraps to shawarma to a Multigrain Roti Meal Box like it’s not even trying, and somehow that’s exactly what works. Grilled Paneer Wrap and Chicken Wrap keep the basics honest, no gimmicks required. Chicken Shawarma shows up like it wandered in from a different, less “wellness” menu and got adopted anyway. Chicken Quesadilla adds a little chaos to the clean-eating lineup, and the High Protein Burgers close things out proving “protein-packed” doesn’t have to mean sad and bunless. Something for everyone, minus the boring parts.
