In view of the Republic Day celebrations, significant traffic changes will be implemented in Lucknow on January 22, 24 and 26. The first rehearsal will take place on January 22, followed by the full dress rehearsal on January 24, and finally, on January 26.
Major intersections will be subject to diversions to accommodate parade routes and ensure smooth traffic flow. Commuters are advised to check the latest traffic updates before heading out to avoid disruptions.

From 6:00 AM, the area around Charbagh Railway Station (Bal Vidya Mandir) will be completely closed to traffic, allowing parade contingents to park in this area.

Traffic from Alambagh and Mawaiya heading towards Charbagh will be diverted from Latouche Road, Gupta tiraha, and Ravindra Lalay (Bal Vidya Mandir) on KKC. This traffic will be redirected via Bansmandi Chowraha towards Kaiserbagh or will take a U-turn from Ravindra Lalay towards Mawaiya and Alambagh.

Traffic from DAV College overbridge towards Bansmandi Chowraha or Guru Gobind Singh Chowraha (Rana Pratap) will be diverted. It will be redirected via Kaiserbagh or Charbagh tiraha towards Natha tiraha, Mawaiya, and Alambagh.

Traffic from Mohan Hotel tiraha towards KKC will not be allowed. Instead, it will be redirected via Bansmandi, Ravindra Lalay tiraha, taking a U-turn towards Natha and Mawaiya.

Traffic from KKC tiraha towards Charbagh, Ravindra Lalay, and Rana Pratap Chowraha will be diverted through Loko Chowraha, Kunwar Jagdish Chowraha, Alambagh, Sadar Cantt, Abdul Hamid Chowraha, SN Overbridge, Bandariyabag, Golf Club, and Gandhi Setu (1090).

Traffic from Sadar and Kunwar Jagdish Chowraha, or Loko Chowraha towards KKC and Charbagh will be diverted via Loko Workshop, Fateh Ali Chowraha, Alambagh, or Sadar Cantt.

Traffic from Rana Pratap Chowraha towards Chitwapur Chowki, KKC, or Charbagh will be diverted via Bansmandi Chowraha.

Traffic from Heavet Road tiraha towards Rana Pratap Chowraha will be diverted via Bansmandi or Ashok Lat Chowraha.

Traffic moving from Udaiganj, Sinchai Bhawan towards Annexi or Hussainganj Chowraha will be diverted from Lal Bahadur Shastri tiraha to Sisendi Vidhan Sabha. Only vehicles with car passes will be permitted to enter the Secretariat via the back entrance.

Traffic from Sadar Overbridge towards Hussainganj will not be allowed to proceed towards Kaiserbagh. It will be diverted via Cantt, Abdul Hamid, SN Petrol Pump, Katai Pul, Bandariyabag, Golf Club, Gandhi Setu (1090), Sankalp Vatika, Sushila Smritika, Hanuman Setu, Subhash Chowraha, Clark Avadh, and CDRI.

Traffic from Bandariyabag Chowraha towards Hazratganj will be diverted at Bandariyabag. Vehicles will go via Golf Club, Gandhi Setu (1090), or Lal Batti Chowraha to Sadar Cantt. Only vehicles with car passes will be able to continue through DSO Chowraha to Sisendi tiraha towards Vidhan Sabha Gate No. 7.

Traffic arriving from Kaiserbagh or Ashok Lat Chowraha will not be allowed towards Hussainganj Chowraha or Bapu Bhawan (Royal Hotel). This traffic will be redirected via Bansmandi, Natha Tiraha, Alambagh, or Parivartan Chowk, Subhash Chowraha, Hanuman Setu Mandir tiraha, Sankalp Vatika, Sikandarbagh, and Gandhi Setu (1090).
