Lucknow has unlocked a new thrill as water sports make a splash on the Gomti River! In a new initiative, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has partnered with a private company to launch exciting activities like jet skiing, motorboating, and pontoon rides between Laxman Mela Ghat and the riverfront. Trial runs are already turning heads, with locals seen enjoying action-packed 2-km rides on jet skis and speed boats.

A dedicated water sports zone has been set up at Laxman Mela ground, launching with a fleet of 10 boats. Future plans include parasailing, a toy train, and even a Mickey House for kids.
Rates start at ₹175 for motorboats, ₹300 for jet ski rides (with driver), and ₹500 if you’re steering it yourself. The official launch will roll out soon.
