The Seth MR Jaipuria school is a landmark in the city. The building which has been constructed in Gomti Nagar is huge, to say the least. The school is known for its out of the box teaching methods, it’s expansive subject list and its innovative way of schooling. But looking at the newly renovated building, the school will surely become more popular for its architecture and built.
The newly renovated building looks like a dream with several murals painted over its front. Each of these depict an essential thing that we need to have in our lives.

The design is so innovative and unique that it was commended with the IIID Awards (Institute of Indian Interior Design) for architecture and interior design. The murals that we speak of, teach five essential lessons we all need to learn in life.

The first mural says, “Man is a transitional being. He is not final.”, the mural shows the evolution of human beings, from neanderthals, to homosapiens, to beings who are spiritually and emotionally awake.

The second mural speaks of wisdom, something that we all must find in our lives. The third speaks of strength, which we all need at some point in our lives, the fourth is about harmony, of mind, body, soul and spirit. While the fifth is for perfection, seeking to be what we desire and want to become.

The architecture, in short is bewitching, it not only forces you to think about the lessons it teaches. It also makes us want to look at and appreciate the beauty of it all, marvel at the talent within our reach and the beautiful piece of architecture, which will forever decorate the skyline of the city.
