The event will see international participation and global interactions in Goa, harnessing maximum benefit to the state students and in this regard, the CM has insisted the attendance of students from secondary schools to postgraduate level.
Reportedly, IISF 2021 will witness Goa create three Guinness Book World Records, with 5,000 local students participating in rainwater harvesting, another 7,000 in the conservation of water, along with the display of the world's biggest telescope. The CM has elaborated this event as a one-time opportunity to be on par with all the technological achievements of the country.
The IISF is conducted annually with the aim to promote a scientific temper across all strata of society and hopes to continue, with added festivities, in the coming times.
