When in Indore, the list of things to do isn't all that vast. You can go around the city and see all the cultural hotspots in just about a day. Apart from that, you've got your usual events, which are great for weekend visits.

However, if you're the daring and adventurous type, then you've got to pay a visit to Indore Snake House, at Indore Zoo. Here, you can get in touch with some of the mesmerizing reptilian species that reside in the city.

What's got our interest?

The Indore reptile house has just recently been opened and within just a week, it has been quite a hit with the masses.

We Indoris really love to go out, splurge and have fun. When it comes to adventure, we're equally excited about it and always up for something enthralling. In case you're like us, then take a trip to the Indore Reptile House.

What can you expect here?

Indore Reptile House is home to over a dozen species of reptiles and each one of them is more mesmerizing than the last. With over 30 individual animals, the place really has a rainforest like vibe.

There's a whole separate area that is just for snakes, so the ophiophilist in you can go nuts over the whole area. The species they have are indeed rather rare, so check out all the enclosures for some boas, krait snakes, and even deadly vine snakes.

If you're worried about the reptiles, then you can rest assured that they have caretakers and handlers who ensure that things don't get out of hand.

Knock Knock

Those of you who love to do offbeat things in the city, this is something for you. Sure, a musical night or a dance night would be more fun, but here, you get to have a somewhat cathartic experience, along with some learning. Now that sounds like something we're not going to miss.
