Waterside- The Landmark Hotel
On weekdays, Waterside’s breakfast buffet is efficient to the point of being forgettable in a good way, in, fed, gone. Sundays undo all of that discipline. The brunch spread sprawls, second helpings stop feeling optional, and the water outside stops being scenery and starts being the reason people linger past checkout time. Same hotel, same tables, two completely different appetites for time.

The Pristine clearly decided one good meal a day wasn’t ambitious enough.

Eternity doesn’t try to make lunch and dinner feel like the same meal wearing different lighting. Dinner slows everything down, richer plates, longer stays, zero urgency to be anywhere after. IHCL SeleQtions clearly decided that running one buffet twice a day was the easy way out, and skipped it entirely. Same kitchen, same address, two meals that genuinely don’t behave like siblings.

Little Chef
You don’t need a five-star lobby to run a proper breakfast buffet, Little Chef is the evidence. Sometimes the best breakfast buffet in the city is the one that never tried to look like one.

Calling yourself Paradise sets a bar most buffets would rather avoid. Nobody’s promising an actual paradise over a buffet counter, but Hotel Paradise gets closer than the name has any right to, especially for a place that isn’t trying to be anything more than reliably, consistently good twice a day.

Barbeque Nation built its reputation on doing one thing loudly, grills, skewers, tabletop theatre. Fiesta drops that entire script and goes multi-cuisine instead, which sounds like a risk until you realise the same kitchen discipline that made the grills work is quietly running everything else too. Nothing here leans on the parent brand’s reputation to coast; each cuisine on the spread is expected to hold its own weight. It’s a specialist trying to be a generalist, and mostly winning the argument.

Dadi Ki Rasoi
The name promises comfort food logic, and Dadi Ki Rasoi mostly delivers on it, lunch and dinner buffets that don’t try too hard to impress, plus a kids’ spread that actually seems designed by someone who’s fed a fussy child before, not just downsized the adult menu. Nothing here is chasing a trend. It’s the kind of buffet built around the idea that most people just want to eat well without a production around it, kids included. Dadi would probably approve, mildly, which is the highest compliment this place is likely to get.
