The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has successfully concluded its summer placements for the 2025-27 batch, securing over 580 offers for its Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students. The highest stipend reached ₹3.95 lakh per month domestically, and ₹2.5 lakh internationally.

The 2025–27 batch saw impressive results as the average stipend surged by 17%, climbing to ₹1.67 lakh per month from ₹1.43 lakh last year. The median stipend also saw a healthy increase, with the top 50% of the batch securing an average of ₹2.18 lakh per month, highlighting strong industry demand for IIM Lucknow talent.
Leading recruiters like Accenture, BCG, Google, and McKinsey & Company participated, alongside first-time recruiters such as Barclays, CRISIL and Nestle. A notable highlight was the Adani Group, which offered selected interns a full tuition fee waiver in addition to a competitive stipend. Students secured diverse roles across consulting, finance, marketing, and e-commerce, underscoring the versatile skill set of the cohort.
