Chanakya is one of the legendary kulfi outlets in Lucknow. The kulfi at Chanakya is made with a mixture of malai, milk, kesar and dry fruits and it is sinful, to say the least. The best and the most unique thing about this place is that instead of setting the Kulfi in the freezer, they churn the ingredients in a cylindrical steel utensil which acts as a new version of matka filled with crushed ice, making the kulfi thicker and creamier.
3. Chhappan Bhog
