Lucknow City Transport Limited has started direct electric bus service from Rajajipuram to city’s prime health institution, Lohia Hospital. The e-buses will be available in an interval of 15 minutes and will move on the following route: Deva Road via Rajajipuram-Charbagh-Hazratganj-Bandariabagh-1090 Chauraha-Lohia Hospital-High Court. A total of 9 e-buses will run the above mentioned route, taking about 36 trips daily.
The Dubagga Depot’s helpline number 1800-180-5014, which was started previously by the transport authorities is now functional. Passengers can seek information/help and can register their complaints and suggestions on the helpline.
