A trip from Mumbai to Hyderabad that once took 14-16 hours could soon be slashed to three, owing to the upcoming Mumbai–Hyderabad High-Speed Rail (MHHSR) project. The 767-km bullet train corridor will connect Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad with 11 strategically placed stations, including a potential one at the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport.

Once operational, the MHHSR could boost tourism, reduce congestion, and set a new standard for rail travel in India.
