Looking for the perfect way to relax over the weekend? The long work hours and a lack of a vacay got you down? Fret not, folks because Sumukhi Suresh is coming to town to rid you of all your troubles and replace that with bundles of laughter. As part of her show titled “Don’t tell Amma (that I do stand up comedy)” she’ll be performing in Jaipur and you have to head over there to relieve the stress.
As the name suggests, the show (and the jokes part of it) is one that you shouldn’t tell your amma about. Surely that already gives you an idea of what it’s going to be like. Complete with jokes for adults and the simple minded as well, Sumukhi is out to make you all ROFL in no time. Her way with words is such that even a simple recollection of a boring story becomes absolutely hilarious. Is it her demeanor? Or is it the way she delivers it? Well that’s not for us to say but all we know for sure is that her show in Jaipur is going to be a laugh riot.
Many of you may know her from her previous endeavours in online web-series such as Pushpavalli and Better Life Foundation, both of which are comedic hits for the ages. For fans of the series, this show is a must visit and those of you who haven’t heard of her would do well to pay a visit too. It’ll be an introduction into a whole new world of simple, loud yet subtle comedy that will surely grip you like never before.
