Starting from the type of dough to the sauces to the choice of toppings, one can choose and craft a custom personal pizza, that too from the comfort of your home. While Crusties offers a choice between two types of dough including classic and wheat at present, the plan is to further expand the range by adding a hand-tossed base along with several other options in the future as well. To marinade the flattened disk of dough, one can choose from three variants of the freshly, handcrafted sauces available at this pizzeria, namely- Italian San Marzano Sauce, Mama’s Sauce and Pesto Sauce.
The authentic Italian San Marzano sauce, made from Italian tomatoes coming straight from the Pomodoro Pilati family delivers the traditional Italian taste while Mama’s sauce adds a hint of spice to the pizza sauces to tantalise the desi tastebuds. For all the pesto lovers in the house, there is a special pesto sauce as well, adding the much-needed dose of basil dripped in olive oil.
