The much-awaited TIH will be set up on the basis of system simulation, modelling and the visualization facets of CPS (Cyber-Physical Systems). This body will assist research and developmental projects while working on the dimensions of extending the existing knowledge base. It will also support patenting, licensing and commercialisation, along with conducting hands-on training sessions, online courses and other continuous activities. The authorities will also be conducting webinars, seminars, workshops, events, conferences and so on.

This TIH of IIT-Indore will even succour the flagship ventures like Make in India, Skill India, Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), Startup India and Atmanirbhar Bharat, belonging to the government of India.
