Jaipur International Airport bags 'The Voice of the Customer' recognition by ACI!

Bringing in a cheer to the city, Jaipur International Airport bagged ‘The Voice of the Customer’ award 2021 by Airports Council International (ACI) World on Thursday. Apart from Jaipur, a total of 15 other international airports across India have been conferred with this international recognition by ACI World this year. Notably, this recognition by ACI World celebrates and honours the airports that have excelled in customer service by prioritising listening and adapting to customers especially during the pandemic. These awards are handed out to airports that have delivered the best customer services as per their own passengers' feedback submitted in the Airport Service Quality survey.

As per the guidelines, only airports with three or more quarters of data through the customer experience measurement and global benchmarking program Airport Service Quality qualify for this award. This year, more than 200 other international airports across the globe have been conferred with this honour by ACI World.
