Making a declaration that they’re back, the popular ‘Real State Expo’ by CREDAI is in line to see the light of the day once again after a gap of two years! This four-day expo will be organised from April 8 to 11, featuring insights into market trends.

In an attempt to bring back people’s lost confidence in the industry, CREDAI has organised the Real Estate Expo that will have stalls of builders, real estate developers and vendor associations associated with the builder industry. Along with this, the developers claim that this is the first time that even farms will be sold through this expo.
Despite the rise in the circle rates of flats and villas, the members of CREDAI will conduct booking at the old rates at the expo. The move is aimed at providing benefits to the people and attracting new investments.

The event will showcase the strength and potential of the builder industry in Rajasthan and give impetus to the real estate industry. Notably, in the state, CREDAI Rajasthan is the only registered association representing organised builders and developers with its registered office in Jaipur and affiliated centres at Ajmer, Jodhpur, Kota and Udaipur. It has a total of 249 members which constitute all major business houses across Rajasthan.
