BaPPa org or ‘Brave and Powerful People around’ is a Lucknow based non government organization that works to make life of underprivileged children better. The organization recently organized a 200 kms bicycle riding event from Lucknow to Raebareli in order to spread awareness about the importance of education of the girl child. The NGO isled by Vivek Tiwari, who is a graduate from Lucknow.
The bicycle ride started on February 8th in Lucknow and ended the next day in Raebareli. A group of half a dozen volunteers cycled 200 kms with posters on their backs that displayed information about the cause they were cycling for.

The initiative, though small in scale can only be termed as a simple step taken towards achieving a noble and greater cause. The people behind this initiative should be lauded for the efforts they’ve put in and are still putting in to make life better for others.
We believe that even the simplest of steps taken out of kindness, compassion and the urge to bring a change can be the rolling stones that bring about an avalanche. BaPPa is working towards the same and we should all come together to support them.
