Lucknowites are eagerly waiting for the 6th of November, for the city will host its biggest sporting event ever, the International T-20 cricket. The match will be played between India and West Indies at Ekana Stadium. Tickets for the match are available on both, Paytm and Insider.in.
And, in case you are a student, you are sorted for the match for you can buy the tickets at a special discount price of ₹450. All you need to do is present your school or college ID cards at the ticket counter. But you’ll have to be quick for only 1000 tickets are up for grabs on a first-come-first-serve basis from 2nd November. However, the discounted tickets are not available online. Students are required to be present physically at specific schools and colleges to purchase them.

The authorities have also set-up provisions to regulate traffic in the city, as well as in the vicinity of the stadium. Reportedly, there will be 50 buses that will assist spectators to Ekana Stadium from all over the city. These cricket fans will be required to reach designated pick up points, hop on the bus and they will be taken to the stadium.
There are as many as 65 entry gates for the entry in the stadium installed with turnstiles for security measure by the LDA.
We thus wait with baited breath to cheer ‘Bleed Blue’ for the Indian team as they set their foot strong against West Indies with a lead of 2-1.
