In the election held on Tuesday, Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) got its youngest ever President. Ajinkya Nayak, who was thus far the incumbent Secretary, defeated Vice-President Sanjay Naik by 107 votes, securing a total of 221 votes.
Improving the cricket infrastructure in Mumbai and collaborating with corporates to create job opportunities for cricketers are the two primary objectives on Ajinkya’s agenda, which he talked about last week. The MCA put out the following tweet on Tuesday regarding the election results.
