Mumbai is set to welcome India’s tallest luxury residential towers in Tardeo with the launch of Avaan Tower 2 by Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL). Soaring to 306 meters, the twin-tower project, designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, will feature 3, 4, and 5 BHK ultra-luxury residences. The spacious apartments will range from 1,300 to 3,282 sq. ft. of carpet area, spread across a 6.5 lakh sq. ft. development.
Avaan Towers is set to redefine luxury living with over 55 world-class amenities, including an ocean-view infinity pool, UFC gym, private theatre, bowling alley, and a lavish Hammam bath. Residents will enjoy panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, Queen’s Necklace, and Mahalaxmi Racecourse.
The twin skyscrapers, Tower A (Oceano) with 81 floors and Tower B (Serano) with 78 floors, are projected to generate over ₹3,000 crore in revenue, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) globally. Deliveries are expected by 2028, with the towers slated for completion by 2029.
