Coming to Tresind‘s menu. Okay, now this might take a while! This is not your typical dining establishment; rather, it is a vibrant epicentre of reinvented street fare and cherished childhood reminiscences. From Kala Khatta Salad and blue cheese Jackfruit Cutlet to avocado Galouti Kebab and Chaat Sundae with dahi ice-cream, each dish here is meticulously crafted to evoke a sense of whimsy and nostalgia.
However, what intrigued us most here was Mumbai’s favourite Vada Pav, altered to feature a lobster bonda, lehsuni yuzu kosho and tamarind chutney – a gourmet innovation imbued with contemporary twists.
Comprising of carefully curated selection of ten concoctions, the cocktail menu at this establishment is an ode to the extravagance of grand carnivals, brimming with exotic flair and imaginative elegance. If you ask us, rum-based Tikitiki is a beautifully bright cocktail that’ll pair perfectly with every palate.
Also, while here, don’t be taken aback if a mentalist-magician approaches, brandishing a deck of cards and inviting you to select one. A rumour suggests that this enigmatic figure is frequently spotted weaving through the premises during dining service.
