UP Schools reopen today for 6-8 graders after a 6-month hiatus!

In view of the controlled pandemic situation in Uttar Pradesh, offline school classes have reopened for students of grades 6 to 8 from today onwards. Almost 6 months after the schools were shut owing to the second wave of the pandemic, offline classes will now be conducted amid all safety protocols and precautionary measures. Notably, the state administration allowed schools to open their gates for the student of standards 9 to 12 on August 16.

Offline classes for 6-8th graders to resume from Aug 23 in Lucknow!

After the resumption of physical classes for students of grades 9 to 12 on August 16 in Uttar Pradesh, the state administration has released a new set of instructions for other standards. As per the directives given in the latest meeting of Team 9, schools will be reopened for pupils of grades 6 to 8 from August 23. Further, the children enrolled in standards 1 to 5 will be allowed to attend physical classes from September 1.

Secondary schools in Uttar Pradesh to operate 5 days a week from August 16

Ahead of the reopening of schools on August 16 in Uttar Pradesh, the administration has released a new set of guidelines. As per reports, the secondary schools for students of grades 9 to 12 in the state, will be opened for 5 days only while the campuses will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Further, reports state that the classes will be functional in two shifts from 8 AM to 12 noon and 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM with 50% attendance of pupils in each batch.
