Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will hold a loan fair on December 1 at its Gomti Nagar office. Teams from all nationalised and notified banks will offer on-the-spot NOCs and loans at competitive interest rates. LDA officials said the initiative aims to assist allottees who often struggle to secure loans, leading to delays in payments and, at times, cancellation of allotments
