The much-awaited Ahmedabad International Film Festival (AIFF) 2025 is set to take place from 25th to 27th April 2025. Film screenings are scheduled for the 25th and 26th, culminating in an award ceremony on the 27th.
Organised by Om Guru Films, the festival aims to celebrate the best of cinema while providing a global platform for both emerging and established talents. According to an official release, over 3,000 films—spanning short films, feature films, and documentaries from more than 105 countries—have already been registered on the AIFF platform.
For filmmakers eager to showcase their work, the last date for submissions is the 31st of December 2024. This year, AIFF has expanded its awards to nearly 40 subcategories under Best Indian Film and Best Foreign Film, including Feature Film, Short Film, and Creative Awards.
The awards ceremony will feature a star-studded lineup of actors, filmmakers, writers, and industry experts. Panel discussions will offer valuable insights to aspiring talents, while attendees can enjoy screenings of films celebrated for their storytelling, direction, and music.
