Notable contributions included substantial donations for the establishment of educational institutions such as Madhavlal Ranchhodlal Chhotalal High School, Madhavlal Boarding, Ranchhodlal Chhotalal Technical Institute, Sanskrit School in Ahmedabad, Gujarat College in Ahmedabad, Sydenham College of Commerce in Bombay, and The Royal Institute of Science in Bombay.

Chinubhai Madhavlal Ranchhodlal played a crucial role in assisting Mahatma Gandhi during the establishment of the Satyagrah Ashram, showcasing his commitment to social causes and collaboration with prominent figures in the Indian independence movement.
