The city of Indore is going to organise a special six-day military event during which the participants from the Border Security Force (BSF) will compete and exhibit their shooting skills, team spirit and command over advanced weaponry.
The 50th edition of BSF’s Inter-Frontier Platoon Weapon Shooting Competition is being organized by the Central School of Weapons & Tactics (CSWT), Indore, between December 8 to 12, 2022. Furthermore, the event will observe the participation of more than 800 BSF personnel including participants from Mahila battalions.
The Shooting Competition will include a total of 11 weapon-based events
The six-day military competition will include a total of 11 weapon-based events. Out of this, ten of the events will be conducted Reoti Ranges on Ujjain Road area of the city. While one of the events constituting a showcase of 51 mm Mortar firing, will be held at the Hema Range area of Mhow in the Indore district.
Reportedly, the organisation of such competition-based military events is expected to work as a catalyst for honing the firing skills, group tactics, weapon mastery and war efficiency of the BSF soldiers.
