In a bid to offer non-stop connectivity between Indore, Ujjain and Omkareshwar, the Atal Indore City Transport Services Limited (AICTSL) launched a new bus service from Indore. Reportedly, this is the only non-stop govt-run bus service between the cities mentioned above.

Indore to Ujjain in just 1 hr 30 mins
Notably, Ujjain and Omkareshwar are popular among tourists. Ujjain-Indore-Omkareshwar bus service was launched under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) scheme, with an aim of boosting connectivity between the cities.
The two buses plying on the route are fully air conditioned, equipped with features like GPS for tracking purposes and CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety of passengers. These 45-seater buses will run twice daily.
