While certain questions and concerns were raised over the functionality of the grounds for the upcoming matches given the long closure caused by the lockdown, the practice and friendly matches, conducted recently, have confirmed that the turfs are in tune. Though different kinds of matches ask for different requirements from the pitch, it has been observed that domestic ODIs require fields that are batting-friendly in nature. In Jaipur, the players can expect the grounds to be bouncy.
