The Royal Details!

From 23rd November onwards, for the first time ever, the Gudliya Suite at the City Palace will become accessible to outside guests. You can book the room on the Airbnb app, at their introductory pricing of merely ₹71,445.50 per night! The original tariff of the room will be set at ₹5,72,280 (approximately) per night,1st of January onwards!

Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh has become the first of his kind, to offer a stay at his palace on Airbnb. The proceeds from this venture will be donated to Princess Diya Kumari Foundation, in order to promote women empowerment initiatives.

Facilities?

A chauffeur-driven car will take you through this heritage city and a private butler will be at your beck and call, to take care of all your needs.

The regal suite has a four-poster bed, a stellar lounge for you to chill at, a kitchen, a luxurious bathroom and also a private, indoor swimming pool! What more could we ask for? Two gourmet meals at the palace’s in-house restaurant, ‘Baradari’, is also a part of the package and you can expect vintage wines and sparkling champagne to keep you company. You can also relish your meals on their terrace, which provides for a panoramic view overlooking the majestic Aravallis and this is called ‘contributing to a cause in style’.

For history and architecture connoisseurs, there’s also a complimentary guided tour of the 1700s complex, conducted by a member of the royal staff. They will explain the intricacies of the architecture, art and décor at the palace and your cameras will be in for a real treat.
