More about the Palace on Wheels train
Palace on Wheels was first hit the tracks back in the year 1982, as a joint effort on the part of Rajasthan tourism and Indian Railways to promote tourism. The train had remained operational ever since, until the year 2020, when it was halted by the state government in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Equipped with chic interiors, fine-dine restaurants, top-notch bars, lavish presidential suites and private lounges with state-of-the-art amenities, the train has the ability to turn its passengers into royals, that too on the go!
