Uttar Pradesh’s much-awaited annual celebration, UP Diwas, is back at Vrindavan Yojna’s Awadh Shilp Gram from January 24-26, 2025, marking the state’s 76th foundation anniversary. Recognised officially in 2018, this three-day festival celebrates the evolution of Uttar Pradesh from the “United Provinces” to the vibrant state it is today.
The event will offer visitors a chance to immerse themselves in the state’s cultural wealth through exhibitions, local crafts, regional cuisine, and traditional performances, all highlighting UP’s extraordinary journey!

The theme for this year is “Uttar Pradesh: A Journey of Development and Heritage.” With a cultural heritage that stretches back thousands of years, the state is a true treasure trove of traditions.
The celebrations will feature One District One Product (ODOP) exhibitions from various government departments, displaying the region’s historical and cultural milestones. Visitors can explore a number of stalls offering regional art, food, crafts, and products made by self-help groups like NRLM and NVLM, reflecting the state’s creative spirit.
Cultural performances curated by the Uttar Pradesh Culture Department will infuse energy into the three-day event, making it a must-visit for those eager to experience the state’s diverse and dynamic heritage.
