MasterChef and Lucknow’s most loved celebrity, Pankaj Bhadouria has recently come up with her newest venture- The Uppercase Diner. This newbie in Hazratganj exemplifies a chill, casual dining extravaganza and has become the talk of town in a very short while.
Spearheaded by the Master Chef herself, the diner has introduced a new all-American diner style menu which brings the flavours of modern day USA to the city of nawabs.

The all-American a la carte menu introduced by Uppercase Diner is as expansive as it gets! With a plethora of dishes to pick from and a ton of things to try, the menu is undoubtedly one of the best we’ve seen in the city so far.
The diner serves staples from everyday American meals, where the breakfast can star a classic breakfast burger, a stack of pancakes or waffles, while the lunch can consist of any kind of pizza. For dinner, you can pick any diner plate that is served with a protein- grilled fish, chicken or paneer, some beautifully made mash or fries, gravy, veggies or bread.
If you wish to mix things up, you can start with a diner plate for breakfast and end your day on a sweet note with some classic churros; nothing’s stopping you!

Bold dishes and Bolder Flavours
No matter how great a place is or how big its menu, nothing matters unless they deliver on taste. Thankfully, Uppercase Diner hits the flavour sweet spot, delivering not just great taste but classic presentation to accompany it!
From all that we tried here, we absolutely loved the loaded fries; fries bravas and spill the chicken will have to be our top picks. The coming together of crispy, light potato fries and delicious cheese sauce in the former, while the mix of chicken, chipotle sauce and cheese in the latter, make for fries that are beyond the word ‘indulgent’.
The shroom boom burger with its meaty mushroom patty, caramel-fed onions, cheese, mustard sauce, the side of coleslaw and chips is everything you’d want in a good vegetarian burger. We also loved the all-American cheese burger, the juicy lucy lamb burger and the rocky road paneer burger.

You will also find great pastas (the mac and cheese being our top pick) as well as amazing pizzas here. The smoking 5 pizza, the spicy chicken kicker or the chicken exotica pizza from the menu will definitely satiate your need to have something cheesy-melty and lipsmacking!
The pancakes, waffles and churros served here are a must try, so make sure to pick your favourite out of all the amazing options available.

Knock Knock
Uppercase Diner has a ton of great dishes under its belt. Though they also serve a pretty awesome buffet spread at ₹399, we would highly recommend trying the a la carte menu as well. The all-American menu is extremely expansive, which is exactly why you need to try the selection and find your favourite.
The diner has a pretty great vibe and you can come here with friends, have a gala time and nosh on some pretty delicious dishes!
