LDA lists a new norm to make residential buildings useable for commercial purposes in Lucknow!

In a recent decision taken by the LDA officials, a new criteria has been added to the list of factors that need to be fulfilled to change the status of any residential property into a commercial one. Lucknow Development Authority to soon go digital with the new paperless e-office system

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-National Botanical Research Institute, centred in Lucknow has signed an MoU with the Lucknow Development Authority to give the city parks a 'green makeover'. As per this, the NBRI has decided to conduct graded urban floriculture work across the targeted parks. Lake at Lucknow's Eldeco to be revived with the deployment of advanced technology!

In a significant technological revamp, the dead lake at Eldeco-II will be rejuvenated and restored with the help of a state-of-the-art cleaning system. As per reports, Lucknow Development Authority is planning to deploy bio-engineered water cleaning technology to purify the lake and its ecosystem.
