Home delivery of mangoes in THIS Rajasthan district to help mango cultivators mitigate losses

Lockdown extended in Jaipur & other Raj districts with stricter rules till June 8

In a bid to curb the infection rates in the state, the Rajasthan government has ordered an extension of the ongoing lockdown by 15 days. As per the new directives, the current restraints will be in place till June 8 and an amplified scale of restrictions will be witnessed during this period. Further, the weekend curfew will be imposed from Friday to Monday now, instead of the current schedule that extends over just Saturday and Sunday.

Domestic borders sealed in Jaipur & other Raj districts ahead of blanket lockdown from May 10

Ahead of Rajasthan's blanket lockdown from May 10 to May 24 in view of the rampant surge of COVID-19, the state police has increased deployment and surveillance at local borders to track public movement, strictly. Reportedly, this restriction has been implemented under the ambit of 'Red Alert- Jan Anusashan Pakhwara' to break the chain of infection. The police nakabandi bans the passage of vehicles from one district to another without necessary work.

Complete lockdown declared in Jaipur & other Rajasthan districts from May 10 to May 24!

In an attempt to tighten the grip over soaring COVID tallies in Rajasthan, the state government declared that all districts across the territory will observe a complete lockdown from 5 AM on May 10 to 5 AM on May 24. Announced by the CM in a cabinet meeting on Thursday, this intervention aims to curtail the contamination from entering villages and infecting youths, amongst other things. Previously, the state was put under a 'Red Alert- Public Discipline Fortnight' after the COVID graphs spiked higher.

Lockdown to be extended in Jaipur & other Rajasthan districts with stricter guidelines!
