As an intiative towards the internationalizing of higher studies, Lucknow University has now signed an MoU with the Lincoln University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The joint initiative is aimed towards encouraging and promoting research collaboration between both universities.

Owing to the collaboration between both the educational institutions, a meeting was held on August 1, at Lucknow University. This involved comprehensive discussions between Prof. Alok Kumar Rai, the Vice-Chancellor of Lucknow University and Dr. B. Abdul Rafiq, the representative from Lincoln University College, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Additionally, the discussion further involved a scope for introducing dual-degree programs for LU students in various subjects like Marketing, Engineering, Pharmacy and others.

During the recent education summit (Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam) 2023, which was convened in the capital city of Delhi, a comprehensive discussion was held on methods, strategies and future initiatives in the field of education. The Ministry of Education and Skill Development marked the occasion of the third anniversary of the National Education Policy by signing 106 MoUs with various esteemed organizations and institutions.
The MoUs encompassed collaborations with both public and private institutions, aimed at fostering innovation, research and knowledge exchange in diverse sectors. This step is expected to usher in a new era of cooperation in the realms of education and industrial-academic relations, enabling progress and development for the future.
