From the majestic Palais Royale, piercing 320 meters, to the striking World One at 280 meters, each building offers a unique blend of splendour and panoramic views. So here are Mumbai’s top 5 tallest buildings, redefining the city’s architectural landscape with grandeur.

Palais Royale

Palais Royale stands as Mumbai’s tallest residential skyscraper, soaring 320 meters (1,050 feet) across 88 floors. Completed in 2018, it remains a prominent fixture in Mumbai’s skyline, though its final touches are still underway. Originally set for completion in December 2023, the project is now anticipated to be finished by December 2024 due to ongoing legal and external challenges.

Lokhandwala Minerva

Rising 301 meters (980 feet) with 79 floors, this stunning residential tower is Mumbai’s second tallest. It graces the city’s skyline with breathtaking views of Mahalaxmi Race Course and the Arabian Sea, offering residents a spectacular vantage point and adding grandeur to Mumbai’s architectural landscape.

Piramal Aranya Arav

Piramal Aranya Arav, a luxurious apartment complex in Byculla, Mumbai, boasts 72 floors and reaches a height of 282.2 meters (926 feet). Lodha World View

As part of the Lodha World Towers, this luxurious high-rise features 73 floors and reaches 277.6 meters (911 feet). It offers residents stunning views of Mumbai’s skyline, including the Mahalaxmi Race Course and the Sea Link, epitomising upscale urban living.
