Mumbai recorded a slight dip in temperatures on Friday, with the day expected to remain clear, according to the IMD. The city’s maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 33°C and 21°C, respectively. Local IMD readings show 23.5°C in Colaba and 22.5°C in Santacruz, marginally higher than last week.
Meanwhile, other parts of Maharashtra are experiencing a sharper winter turn. Pune dipped to 15°C, Mahabaleshwar settled at 14°C, and Ratnagiri and Dahanu recorded 20°C and 19.5°C, respectively, alongside high humidity levels.

AQI drops slightly, offering temporary relief
Despite a thick layer of smog hanging over the city, Mumbai’s air quality showed mild improvement. As per the Sameer app, AQI at 10:05 am on November 28 stood at 127, in the Moderate category. Individually, most monitoring stations continued to report Moderate air quality, except Colaba:
