However, even the blues of a tiring workweek can be shooed away if you have a steaming cup of coffee to cheer you up! The aroma of roasted coffee, simmered to perfection, served with a dollop of cream, a dusting of chocolate or an extra shot of coffee (for the needed kick) can make a murky day seem all sunshiny and pleasant.

Though, we do not have a Starbucks in the city (yet), we still cannot give up the luxury of heading to a coffee spot and getting ourself a tall one! Cafe Coffee Day is an institution and we love them for what they do- good coffee. The king sized cappuccino with an added shot of coffee and a ‘wake-me-up’ espresso shot are our preferred poisons.

Another stand-up place when it comes to good coffee, Barista has been satiating our coffee cravings since ages. The coffees served here are a not only delicious but they’re pretty time efficient too, so if you’re rushing to work, this is where you need to be.
3. Vintage Machine
If you’re a true coffee lover, you know a Vintage Machine as your go-to coffee spot. Here you can find the best of hot and cold coffees and though they have a ton of options, the hazelnut cappuccino, filter coffee and green matcha latte will have to be few of our favourites.
4. Coffee Culture
Coffee Culture has done wonders for the coffee lovers of Lucknow. Their coffee is not only select and delicious, but you get a ton of options to pick from. So no matter what your looking for- a tall glass of dessert coffee, a short steaming one of pure caffeine or one with a hint of chocolate and a stick of cinnamon, you can get it all here.

A hidden gem, Munick Bar and Bistro, our favourite Bavarian bar, also serves some of the best coffee you can find in the city. The joint is known for its peppy parties, but for the coffee aficionados in the city, it is all about caffeine. The classic cappuccino here is a killer!
6. The Hazelnut Factory
With its slew of dessert options, delicious savouries and stellar coffees, The Hazelnut factory has taken the city by storm. You can get your fix of roasted, nutty, deliciousness here in reasonable prices, plus the coffee cups here, are big enough to pass for a king size!
7. Cappuccino Blast
When it comes to good coffee, Cappuccino Blast is an institution. Though the place is pretty as a picture, that’s not all it’s about. You can get a cup of coffee and a muffin here to make your mornings a whole lot more interesting. Plus, the chipping birds and the trees are incentives enough to be here in the mornings.
8. McDonald’s
When in doubt & in a hurry, you can always grab a quick coffee from Mc Donald’s. You can simply drive through to the Fun Republic Mall outlet and get your cup of cold or hot coffee and call it a day. The coffee is good enough to wake you up and do away with the blues.
9. Chhedilal
When in Hazratganj and looking for a good cold coffee, Chhedilal just cannot be forgotten. You will not get a better coffee, at a better price point than here and it is as good as a cold coffee can get. The creamy, thick and sweet coffee puts a smile on our face and that is all we ask for.
10. The Chocolate Room
The Chocolate Room is another go to when looking for a good coffee. Be it hot or cold, these peeps will provide you with a deliciously addictive coffee and that is all we can ask for. Plus, you can just get late and order a stack of pancakes or waffles as well.
11. Planters Tea Bar & Book Cafe
Planters Tea Bar & Book Cafe is another great place for anyone who’s looking for a good cup of coffee. They have a slew of options and the prices are reasonable, which means you can get your coffee and not worry about burning a hole in your pocket as well!
