Soon outdoor food stalls will be set up on the premises of Lucknow Airport, where passengers will be able to avail food and beverage options at economical rates. The new upgrade, officials informed, is being ushered for the convenience and benefit of the passengers. Further, it will also carve out business opportunities for several local vendors, boosting the economic operations of the city as well.
Enhancing end-to-end commute experience
As of now, the Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport in Lucknow has a food court and other independent food and beverage shops, that are within the terminal premises. No such arrangement is present right outside the airport, causing inconvenience to the arriving lot or outbound travellers. People usually have to look for places near the airport as there is no resource for refreshments or snacks here.
In line with this, new food stalls will be established at the outdoor premises of the airport, for the convenience of the travellers and also for people dropping off passengers, reportedly. The food stalls will further help flyers save time, as they will no longer have to run to stores or eateries near the airport for refreshments.
