Lucknow’s SGPGI (Sanjay Gandhi Post-Graduate Institute) has signed an MoU with the city’s Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar University (BBAU), to launch new medical courses. These will include a total of 4 courses, focused on patient care, medical research, counselling and more. It is also noteworthy that the said MoU signed between the two institutions will be effective for a 5-year-period.
Which new courses will the two institutes launch jointly?
According to the MoU signed, SGPGI and BBAU will jointly launch the following medical courses:

Advanced Diploma in Transplant Coordinator Services Management

Advanced Diploma in Central Sterile Services Supply Services in Management

Advanced Diploma in Hospital Linen & Laundry Services Management

Advanced Diploma in Medical Record Services Management
As part of the MoU, both institutions will indulge in collaborative research, exchange programmes, academic visits, and providing professional care to medical trainees.
