Mumbai’s design scene has a fresh new destination for home decor. Hello December, a premium Indian homeware brand known for its personality-driven designs, has made its debut in Bandra. Launching over the weekend of June 6–7, 2026, the brand has opened its first Mumbai outlet. Founded by Shruti Nair, Hello December was born out of a desire to create an imaginative homeware platform that bypasses what was already in the market. The brand operates on the belief that your home is a personal space, and its interior should be a reflection of your personality.
Capturing the Bandra Spirit
To mark its arrival in Mumbai, Hello December has introduced an exclusive Joie Fellas collection, featuring table napkins and placemats. Additionally, the Bandra store is highlighting the brand’s best-selling Travel Cushions. These come equipped with an elastic band, allowing jet-setters to tuck them securely into their luggage.
To celebrate the opening weekend, the store rolled out limited launch-day offers for its first wave of visitors, even gifting miniature heart charm replicas of the brand’s signature ‘Dear Poem’ Heart cushions.
Beyond retail: Immersive workshops & community events
Hello December is also positioning its Broadway space to operate as an interactive community hub. Bandra locals can look forward to an experiential calendar of community-led events. The brand plans to host regular gatherings, bringing residents together for hands-on workshops ranging from cookie-dough making to block printing.
