Behold the Rainbow Panipuri – a delightful rendition of the traditional dish with a burst of colors in every flavorful puri. What’s fascinating is that no artificial colors are used; instead, the puris are crafted from natural ingredients such as beetroot for a stunning pink hue, jamun for purple, turmeric for yellow, Palak and fudina for a refreshing green shade.
While the filling and masala remain true to the original, a unique beetroot-flavored water adds some novelty to the experience.
