The IMD has predicted a possible change in the wind pattern, which will further alter weather conditions from March 14 onwards. Reportedly, it is expected that the Western Disturbances may result in a potential occurrence of rainfall and a dip in the average temperature in parts of Uttar Pradesh. This is likely to persist until March 17.
According to the IMD’s Regional Meteorological Centre located in Lucknow, a spell of dry weather will prevail over UP skies until March 13. During this time, there will be a rise in minimum temperature in Lucknow, Kanpur and other UP districts.
In addition to this, there is a likelihood of hailstorms accompanied by thunderstorms in the upcoming week, particularly in the Eastern and Southwestern regions of UP, as per IMD’s report.
