Aradhana Coastal Delight
Serving sunshine and spice, Aradhana Coastal Delight is a soulful new stop for those craving a taste of Malvan. Akhoi
For anyone missing the taste of Manipur, Akhoi is a cloud kitchen dishing out proper Northeastern comfort. What started as a craving quickly turned into a full-blown flavour trip. Mami Bombay
Cranking 50 tiramisus a day, Mami is Bandra’s newest cloud kitchen and it’s all about that slow rise (pun intended). The chef-owner landed in Bombay less than 3 months ago, and for now, it’s been a one-person party behind the scenes. Cafe Burrata
A slice of Sicily has landed in Mumbai and it’s called Café Burrata! Light and zesty, this charming new place is serving dishes like Spaghetti Pomodoro, Sicilian Avocado & Chickpea Salad, its oh-so-dreamy Tiramisu, and proper Italian coffee brewed just the way they do it in Rome. Stand By Coffee has poured its heart into a new home—and this time, it’s Bandra that gets the love. After winning over Worli with warm brews and wag-worthy charm, this soulful, pet-friendly café has landed on 28th Road. Cafe Goancho
Next on this list is Cafe Goancho, the brand-new Goan-inspired café that’s bringing slow bites and full-on flavour to Pali Market. Sampan is back and it’s had quite the glow-up. Reborn at Novotel Juhu, this new restaurant has traded its old-school charm for a bold Pan-Asian makeover.
