According to sources from the Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Ltd (SRFDCL), a ropeway connecting both riverbanks is expected to commence by the year-end.
The strategically chosen location for the ropeway is between the NID and Nehru Bridge, providing visitors with breathtaking views of the scenic surroundings. The ropeway will soar to an impressive height of approximately 50 feet from the upper promenade ground level, offering an unparalleled perspective of the river and its surroundings.
While finer details such as ticketing and other arrangements are yet to be finalized, the completion of the project is eagerly anticipated. The addition of the ropeway is expected to introduce a new dimension of excitement and entertainment to the vibrant activities already present at the Riverfront.
