The Roast Rack of Goat is a dish which is the epitome of a comfort meal for all meat lovers out there. The dish is presented in a grand fashion, with the beautifully coloured charred rack set atop an assortment of veggies, some smooth mash and a gravy with deep flavours.
The meat is charred to a blushing red and so tender that it comes off the bone with minimal effort, the veggies perfectly cut the richness of the rack while the irresistible roast jus adds a great deal of depth of flavour to the entire affair.
Bisto Pork Poutine

If you’re a fan of comfort food and love nothing more than some fried potatoes covered in a thick gravy, you’ll surely fall in love with the Bistro pork Poutine.
Inspired by Canadian street food, The Black Sheep Bistro’s version of poutine is made with slow cooked pulled pork. The pork is braised in wine, mushrooms, herbs and is cooked until the meat is all but falling apart. This is then pulled and layered with locally made cheese, eggs and hand-cut, homemade fries.
Well, who could say no to that!
