Always keeping up with the changing times, street vendors across India never fail to amaze us with their quirky and innovative ways. One such vendor from Indore has come up with a piece of novel machinery- Coco Express, to serve fresh coconut water, which is then served in disposable glasses.

The video shows a vendor cutting open a coconut with a metal tool and then straining the water out of it by placing it upside down through a machine. For buyers who wish to taste the malai, he uses a huge knife-like tool to cut open the coconut and meticulously scoops its sides.

Apart from using innovative techniques to garner the attention of customers, this street vendor from Indore observes proper hygiene while serving the goods. He wears gloves, a hat and a mask, so that the coconut remains untouched and we see no reason why residents wouldn't find this practice favourable, owing to the current times.
