The divisional commissioner has pressed on setting up the floating restaurant here to help elevate tourism and uplift the food sector further. This comes after Uttar Pradesh’s first floating restaurant was inaugurated in Prayagraj in January this year.
For the upcoming floating restaurant in Kanpur, the area opposite the boat club, at the bustling Atal Ghat of Ganga Barrage, has been chosen. Along with increasing water activities and flourishing boat club events, the floating restaurant will help fascinate throngs of visitors.
